Brian shares overall responsibility for the management of Eaton Vance’s Real Estate Investment Group and serves as Co-Portfolio Manager and Director of Investments. He is responsible for all commercial and residential real estate capital deployment and disposition activity, including the sourcing, negotiation, and due diligence of all potential transactions. He also serves as the Chair of the Investment Committee of the Real Estate Investment Group.

Brian joined Eaton Vance in 2006 from Prologis, Inc. (formerly AMB Property Corp.) where he was responsible for real estate capital investment in the Eastern United States. Prior to Prologis, Inc., Brian worked in consulting for both Deloitte and Touche LLP and Arthur Andersen LLC. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Economics from Boston College.
